My professional experiences include executive level management, strategic program management, training & employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development and employee relations.
I was responsible for the HR services from 150 to 600 employees in different sectors like Gas Stationary and Printing, FMCG and IT companies.
In every HR role, I provided strategic business partnering to the senior leadership team as well as manage a group of HR professionals responsible for supporting the managers and their employees. I used to manage HR officers remotely. During my career, I have managed and supported large, complex, organizations with globally dispersed employees and staff.
